**Your new role**
As part of a professional group of around 30 technologists, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of one of the largest plants within FrieslandCampina. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Process enhancement through collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve membrane processes
- Strengthening operational knowledge by identifying similarities between processes
- Lead investigations into complaints, quality issues and process deviations
- Stakeholder support
- Embrace new ideas and foster a culture if continuous improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**
M.Sc. in Process Technology or Process Engineering with 2-4 years’ process experience in food or pharma, ideally in milk processing. Expertise in membrane process technology and capability of leading non-Capex projects or willingness to learn. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. Well-developed organisational skills and proactive problem solving abilities.

**What you'll get in return**
Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 9 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is not anticipated at this point as this position is for maternity cover. At this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
