We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Automation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging cutting-edge marketing automation tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, to optimize our outreach efforts and enhance our member engagement strategies.** We're looking for someone to join our team starting in February 2025.**

**What You'll Do**
- Assist in the creation and segmentation of audience lists to deliver targeted and personalized communications
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and templates
- Assist in data management and analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our customer databases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement

**Who You Are**
- You're a student - you must be enrolled in a university
- You're currently studying a relevant bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- You are customer focused: Understanding of customer needs and how to tailor marketing efforts to meet those needs effectively.
- You are detail-oriented: Precision in executing tasks and ensuring accuracy in data and campaign setup.
- You are curious about data analytics and reporting: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports
- You are curious about learning coding skills: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL is a plus
