**Job Requirements**:

- A completed academic degree (MSc) in (plant) genetics or biotechnology, or a related field
- Specific knowledge of marker technology and genomics
- Leadership experience with a talent for guiding and supporting your assistants
- Clear communication style
- Enjoys collaborating with researchers from other disciplines
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally
