Voor onze Ready4 Asset Management-oplossing zoeken we een Senior Sales Executive.

Ready4 Asset Management stelt organisaties in staat om hun activa efficiënt te beheren, risico's te verminderen en waarde te maximaliseren. We streven ernaar om onze klanten te voorzien van de tools die ze nodig hebben om te gedijen in een snel veranderende en complexe omgeving.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Sales Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, benaderen en overtuigen van potentiële klanten over de voordelen van onze Asset Management software oplossing. Je bent een dynamische en resultaatgerichte professional met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een passie voor het leveren van oplossingen die echte waarde toevoegen aan organisaties. Door middel van consultatieve verkoop benader je prospects, begrijp je hun specifieke behoeften en bied je op maat gemaakte oplossingen aan die hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunen.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Identificeren van potentiële klanten en marktkansen binnen de Asset Management sector.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten en prospects.
- Presenteren van de waardepropositie van onze software oplossing en samen met het pre-sales team geven van productdemonstraties.
- Onderhandelen over contracten en het sluiten van deals die winstgevend zijn voor beide partijen.
- Samenwerken met interne teams, waaronder productontwikkeling en pre-sales, om klantbehoeften te begrijpen en te vervullen.
- Rapporteren over verkoopactiviteiten en het behalen van gestelde doelen.

**Vereisten**:

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in B2B sales, bij voorkeur in de asset management sector.
- Bewezen staat van dienst in het behalen van verkoopdoelen en het opbouwen van succesvolle klantrelaties.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Zelfgemotiveerd en resultaatgericht, met een passie voor het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice.
- Minimaal Bachelor-of Master diploma
