As our **Event Production Manager**, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our high-profile, invitation-only events. Your focus will be on creating a seamless and enriching experience for our esteemed business clients and partners.

**What You'll Do**:

- Orchestrate flawless event logistics, ensuring smooth execution of our established concept.
- Become a master negotiator, securing the best deals with subcontractors and vendors.
- Lead a team of interns and temporary staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, exceeding expectations with personalized service.
- Embrace a dynamic environment, tackling challenges with a "can-do" attitude.

**Who You Are**:

- A customer service champion with exceptional communication skills.
- A time management maestro, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines with a smile.
- A problem-solving pro, always ready to find creative solutions under pressure.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service (B2B a plus).
- An IT whiz with Microsoft Office at your fingertips.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
