**Process Lead ‘Lead-to-Cash’ (interim)**

Amstelbay is weer betrokken bij een groot bedrijfstransformatie en harmonisatieprogramma. In dit geval betreft het een bedrijf met tal van opgekochte en samengevoegde bedrijven met allemaal verschillende core systemen (ERP en CRM) die naar 1 en dezelfde geharmoniseerde omgeving (Microsoft Dynamics ERP en SalesForce CRM) moeten migreren. In het Transformatie Team is behoefte aan een charismatische seniore Proces Lead. Die gaat nauw samenwerkend met de (Proces, Data, IT) teams bij de business owners de verschillende klant en sales journeys ophalen en optekenen voor het totale lead-to-cash proces.

Als Proces Lead ben je sleutelfiguur van het Proces Ontwerpteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie uit het blauwdruk worden gebruikt om vereisten te definiëren die het proces
- en systeemontwerp ondersteunen, en ervoor te zorgen dat bedrijfsacceptatie van de to-be bedrijfsprocessen wordt bereikt. Je acteert als Lead van deze belangrijke end-to-end processen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het continu verbeteren van het end-to-end ontwerp.

**Requirements**:
Gewenst profiel:

- Lean Green Belt (voorkeur voor Black Belt)
- Ervaring met Customer Journeys en Customer Experience
- Kennis van Lead to Order en Order to Cash-processen
- Ervaring met CRM en Order Management Systemen
- Ervaring met procesinrichting vanuit een klantgedachte
- Goede stakeholder (Change) managementvaardigheden op C-Level en Business Owners niveau
