We are currently looking to strengthen our team with an

**Office Administrator**

**(Obdam, 24-40 hours/week)**

**Working at Well Guidance**

A young, flexible, and ambitious company that provides Directional Drilling Services for Geothermal, Oil & Gas, Mining and Gas Storage Projects. The company was founded in 2018 and is based in Obdam, the Netherlands.

**What will you do?**

**Main duties**:

- Prepare financial overviews and payment batches.
- Process bank and credit card statements
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Process Purchase Invoices.
- Prepare sales invoices.
- Check and process expense claims.
- Travel arrangements.
- Order office, marketing, and PPE supplies.
- Arrange required training and medicals for all personnel.
- Update personnel planner.
- Handle incoming phone calls.

**Additional duties**:
**(Based on work hours, experience, and interest)**
- **HR duties: -**Absenteeism registration, - Manage personnel files, - Assist with recruitment, - Draft HR paperwork.
- **QHSE duties**:

- Report, implement and follow up action plans from audits, RI&E, and other projects, - Register, track, and report on QHSE job reporting (Workplace Inspections, TRAs, NCRs, Accidents & Incidents).

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**:

- Good written and verbal knowledge of English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- MBO diploma in Finance or Administration **OR;**:

- equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive and positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience with Twinfield, Basecone and/or CleverDesk.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Written/verbal knowledge of German.
