**Client Coordinator**

**YOUR ROLE**

As a Client Coordinator you fulfil an exiting role that is a good mix of commercial and coordination activities. You will conduct the following activities a.o.:

- Responsible for delivering retention and growth targets for large clients within current client & service portfolio.
- Contract management: understand the contract with our clients and manage the requirements and agreed conditions.
- Properly accept and co-ordinate nominations involving relevant stakeholders, such as the laboratory services department and the field inspection services department.
- Support tenders and pricing projects
- Performs on-call duties in a shift system with the team members for client related matters outside of office hours.
- Daily handling of incoming key account questions, issues, and complaints in co-operation with Senior, Account Manager and/or Team Lead.
- Understand the actual and future needs of our clients (volumes, products, services) and pro-actively share these with relevant stakeholders by providing regular forecast reports.
- Create and maintain direct relationships to large accounts by regular visits.

**WHO ARE YOU**

You are energetic, customer service oriented and good at keeping the overview. Furthermore it would be great if you have the following qualities:

- Bachelor's degree or HBO working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience: commercial customer service, relationship management, achievement of commercial objectives
- It would be great if you have knowledge and experience related to the Commodity Inspection and Testing business
- You would seriously benefit from excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are in possession of a drivers license, so you can actually travel to our clients by yourself and you don't mind travelling abroad for client visits
