DP World is seeking a Operational Business Support Analyst for our location in Tilburg, The Netherlands. In this role, you will recognize the need for and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions or action plans within our operational environment. You will participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide feedback on corrective action plans, including necessary IT enhancements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational KPI’s and root causes provided by the Business Support Administration, as well as reviewing work instructions from various departments within DP World to identify risks and opportunities that impact our operations.

**How you will contribute**
- **Internal and External Reporting**: Monitor and report on SLA’s, (K)PI’s, quality metrics, and efficiency controls to ensure optimal performance in terms of cost and service within the operational environment. This includes preparing Daily and weekly reports to Customer and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- **Internal and External Communication**: Manage business support control measurements, such as scorecards, specific customer analyses, and customer reporting, to ensure clear and effective communication.
- **Operational Support**: Provide effective support to internal teams and other stakeholders, maintaining approachability and flexibility to help achieve Manufacturing and overall DP World goals.
- **Reconciliation and Analysis**: Perform system and process reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Utilize available tools to identify and troubleshoot operational issues. Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of problems and implement corrective actions.
- **Data Management**: Maintain master data and utilize business intelligence tools to support operational decision-making.
- **Training and Development**: Support training initiatives, including setting up and maintaining training materials, coaching, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project support.
- **Documentation Control**: Create, maintain, and control documentation such as process descriptions and work instructions to ensure operational consistency.
- **Operational Monitoring**: Support manufacturing operations by monitoring activities and updating customer information to meet SLA’s and quality standards. Report operational and technical issues promptly using Jira and other given tools.

**What you will bring**
- 2 years' experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment, preferably in Customer Service Control.
- Diploma from secondary vocational education (MBO or MBO+) or higher.
- Understand fundamentals of data analysis, Excel Macro and Power Query knowledge is advantageous.
- Exposure to data analytic tools such as PowerBI and Qlik is advantageous.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
- Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines.
- Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions and act as an ambassador promoting these changes within the team.
