Then we at GXO are looking for you as a Key-user

**What you do on a typical day**

As a Key-user your mission is to administer software and hardware resources (PCs, PDAs, printers, etc.).
- Administration of Active Directory (Software Permits for users)
- Printing services
- Configuration of Mobile Terminals (Windows Mobile and Android)
- Configuration of Wireless Devices
- Hardware and equipment modelling
- Communication with external and internal agents
- Support and installation in DPC (Data Processing Centre)

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Bachelor’s degree/HBO in IT Network Systems Administration or engineering will be preferable
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Advanced level of MS Office, MS Windows, MS SQL
- Systems Administration MS Windows (Active Directory)
- Knowledge of LAN&WIFI networks and CCNA
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, thinks in processes and improvements.
- Pro-active, motivated and stress resistant
- Excellent knowledge of WMS systems at the configuration level and logístical warehouse processes.
- Preferably with knowledge or experience in Automatic Sorting Systems for orders/purchase preparation
- Clear and direct communication skills, able to translate mechanical and systematic problems to higher management in an understandable way.
