**Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m², and you will be part of the Technical Service Center, covering 23,000 m². You will be part of a team of 3 Shift Managers, directly managing 2 - 4 Team Leaders. You will report to the Operations Manager.**

**Your New Job as Warehouse Manager**

You will continuously monitor and analyze performance while focusing on the development and coaching of your employees. You will ensure proper guidance of employees and conduct regular performance reviews. Your Responsibilities Include:

- Ensuring optimal process flow and making adjustments as needed.
- Anticipating future needs and focusing on the optimization and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Being responsible for a safe and efficient operation, enforcing regulations for order, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensuring accurate administration and data recording.
- Monitoring operational KPIs.

**Employment Conditions**
- A full-time position (32 hours is acceptable).
- Salary according to our CAO 10, ranging between € 3.500, - and €4.900, - depending on your knowledge and experience.
- Day shift

**What DHL is Looking for in Our New Shift Manager**
- HBO work and thinking level or relevant leadership experience in a logistics warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to connect with people from different backgrounds.
- Able to understand processes and anticipate future needs.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in a second language, such as Dutch or Polish, is a plus.
- Capable of empowering team members and prioritizing the development of each individual.
