In jouw rol ondersteun je de Director of Sales door evenementen bij te wonen, locatiebezoeken af te leggen en sterke relaties met onze partners te onderhouden. Je maakt deel uit van de strategische planning en organisatie van de pre-opening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Reserveringen & Receptie: beheren van boekingen en check-ins/outs voor De Plesman Residences.
- Verkoopondersteuning: verkoopleads beheren en locatiebezoeken uitvoeren
- Stakeholder management: communicatie verzorgen met de bewoners
- Operationele coördinatie: organiseren van housekeeping en onderhoudsactiviteiten
- Operationeel ontwerp & ondersteuning: ondersteuning bij het selecteren van OS&E, en het ontwerpen van operationele handleidingen (bijv. SOP's)

- Diploma: Je volgt momenteel een HBO studie
- Taal: Uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels

**Skills**:

- Kennis van Mews en andere hospitality systemen is welkom maar niet verplicht
- Bekend met Microsoft Office
- Vermogen om samen te werken als onderdeel van een team
- Enthousiasme en de bereidheid om te leren
- Je hebt affiniteit met de horeca

In your role you support the pre-opening team of De Plesman with various tasks. You will be looking after the operation of De Plesman Residences, our serviced apartments, working with the guest experience team planning, the pre-opening and participating in strategic meetings and workshops.

**Skills**:

- Reservations & Reception: manage reservations and check-ins/outs for De Plesman Residences
- Sales support: follow up on sales leads and conduct site visits
- Stakeholder management: maintain communication with the residents
- Operational coordination: organization of housekeeping and maintenance activities
- Operational design & support: support selecting OS&E, and designing operational manuals (e.g. SOP’s)

Degree: You are currently following a HBO study

Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Mews and other hospitality systems is welcomed but not mandatory
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- You have an affinity for the hospitality industry
