**This is us**:
We are Ynvolve, an independent IT system integrator focusing on the Managed Service Provider space. We have been in business since 2006 and are headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

**This is you**:

- You are currently studying marketing, design and/or communication and are looking for a 5 to 6-month internship in that field.
- You already have some marketing skills that include some level of proficiency in some of Adobe softwares (InDesign, Illustrator, PremierePro, After Effects etc.).
- You understand the concept of branding.
- You are proactive and enjoy coming up with creative solutions to challenges in general.
- You enjoy teamwork and take pride in being a team player. You show solid communication skills and are a good listener.
- You are flexible and adapt to new situations quite easily.
- You take ownership of your work. You are responsible and accountable.
- Maybe you're not a born organizer, but you can set your own priorities or organize your work to meet requirements and deadlines.
- You are comfortable with and get energized by a multicultural environment.

**Your day in the office**:
This is no Groundhog Day. Each day brings its share of unexpected requests or (fun) challenges. But a typical day for our marketing interns look like this:

- Attending the 9AM scrum with teammates.
- Supporting our team leads with organizing the next conference we attend. Searching and buying new prizes for a contest, thinking of new ideas to make our booths attractive, are some of the activities
- Replying to some colleagues from other teams who sent a request for some new visuals.
- Developing some new LinkedIn posts
- Updating our internal “TV” to make sure someone’s birthday or work anniversary is celebrated as it should.
- Helping some other teams with their presentations.
- Attending the 2PM coffee & chat with the team to discuss urgent work topics and take 5mn to play Quordle.Brainstorming to find some new fun and creative ideas for our Women’s Day and Bike’s Day social media posts.

**What we are after**:

- Your command of the English language is excellent; Any European language is a plus.
- You are currently studying design, marketing, or communication.
- Previous work experience within a design or marketing team is a plus.
- You have some experience with Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must.
- Experience or interest in the IT industry is a plus. Expertise at Quordle is a must (just kidding But it'll be appreciated
