Voor restaurant Klein BREDA zijn wij opzoek naar een enthousiaste waiter/waitress om ons team te versterken. Klein BREDA is het zusje van Restaurant BREDA, maar met een eigen karakter. We serveren een Chef’s menu (3, 5 of 7 gangen) met seizoensgebonden gerechten. Met een moderne internationale keuken op hoog niveau in een warme, toegankelijke entourage, zijn wij een restaurant van hoog niveau dat gastvrijheid en ambiance op één zet. Restaurant Klein BREDA valt onder The BREDA Group. The BREDA Group is het moederbedrijf van Restaurant BREDA, Klein BREDA, Maris Piper,Pita en The Noodle Shop en Trattoria Breda.

Jij bent iemand met een interesse in goed eten en mooie wijnen. Je hebt ervaring in het zelfstandig werken in je wijk en je vindt het leuk om je collega´s in de bediening te helpen. Je bent gastvrij, gezellig maar doch professioneel en hebt oog voor detail.

For restaurant Klein BREDA, we are looking for an enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our team. Klein BREDA is the sister restaurant of Restaurant BREDA, but with its own character. We serve a Chef’s menu (3, 5, or 7 courses) with seasonal dishes. With a modern international cuisine at a high level in a warm, accessible ambiance, we are a high-level restaurant that prioritizes hospitality and atmosphere. Who are we looking for?
You are someone with an interest in good food and fine wines. You have experience working independently in your section and enjoy helping your colleagues in the service. You are hospitable, friendly, yet professional, and have an eye for detail.
Ideally, we are looking for a restaurant manager who:

- Is a good team player and has an enthusiastic attitude towards work;
- Is passionate about providing high-level service and can lead their colleagues in this;
- Is charismatic and can engage in good conversations with guests;
- Is courteous, polite, and well-mannered towards others;
- Also offers extra service without being asked;
- Has basic knowledge of wines;
- Can communicate effectively in English;
- Can achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives;
- Can handle busy periods.
