In deze boeiende functie van Functional Safety Expert ondersteun je onze (inter)nationale klanten bij de ontwikkeling van veilig en sterk geautomatiseerd rijden. Je bent klaar voor een breed scala aan veiligheid adviestaken om onze klanten te ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkelingsprojecten. Op deze manier borg je kennisoverdracht op het gebied van Functional Safety en veiligheid van de beoogde functionaliteit voor geautomatiseerd rijden.

**Dit vind je leuk om te doen**:

- Ondersteuning van het ontwikkelteam van de klant (een deel daarvan kan ook een of meerdere ICT teams zijn) en begeleiding bieden bij de overgang van Fail-Silent naar Fail-Operational systemen;
- Conceptualiseren en bijdragen aan het creëren van veilige hardware
- en software-architecturen voor geautomatiseerd rijden, rekening houdend met de relevante standaarden in de branche;
- Analyseren, evalueren en afstemmen van op systeemniveau functionele veiligheidsconcepten met stakeholders van de klant. Het doorvertalen daarvan naar requirements voor hardware
- en softwareniveau en op modelniveau;
- Uitvoeren van veiligheidsanalyses en zorgdragen voor voldoende onafhankelijkheid van redundante componenten;
- Controleren adequaatheid en effectiviteit van foutdetectie, foutafhandeling en veiligheidsmechanismen;
- Nauw samenwerken met overige FuSa professionals binnen de Automotive Unit.

**Hier herken je jezelf in**:

- Je beschikt over een hbo of wo-diploma in een technische richting met een software achtergrond;
- Je hebt 3 - 5 jaar ervaring als Functional Safety expert;
- je hebt ervaring met en kennis van ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) en ISO 21448 (SOTIF);
- Ervaring in real-time embedded softwareontwikkeling en autosystemen, inclusief netwerken (CAN, Ethernet), ECU en AUTOSAR gebaseerde software architecturen;
- Kennis van geavanceerde analyse
- en verificatie benaderingen (formele methoden, Markov modellering);
- Een pre is als je ervaring hebt met het implementeren van de veiligheidslevenscyclus op complexe SoC- en software-architecturen op POSIX en AUTOSAR gebaseerde omgevingen;
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift. Duits is een pluspunt.
