**Functie omschrijving**:
Imaginethat you are contributing to a high performing team in the Treasury and Securities Finance area of Markets & Treasury You are part of an agile operating organization with a clear customer focus.

Making a difference
- You will be part of a self-organizing agile team, mainly focused on front and back-end Software Engineering (solution development) and staying in control as a team, delivering workflow solutions for the Treasury department of Rabobank.
- You are a team player and help the teams to improve the DevOps way of working, taking ownership into the teams and sharing your knowledge.
- You identify innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
- Having the right mind set and motivation to develop yourself and learn new things.
- You are a sparring partner for business, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- You translate business and customer requirements to detailed backlog product items, including test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and participate in functional testing of the delivered solution.

**Functie Eisen**: Customer focus, good communication skills, collaboration and coaching are essential for the role of Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Good knowledge of and experience in electronic trading and distribution in a Markets & Treasury domain;
- Knowledge of and experience of Business Analysis methods, best practices and applicable IT architectures;
- Experienced in using data analysis (with use of MicroSoft and SQL) to execute your analysis and finding root causes of problems;
- Familiar with new technology like software services, REST API and cloud;
- Preferably knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and Splunk monitoring;
- Preferably experienced in writing test scenarios following the BDD method;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Flexible and pro-active attitude, strong analytic mindset, result oriented;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
