**About the role**

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Good knowledge in oils and fats analysis with hands on experience in DSC, NMR and microscope.
- Good understanding in fat crystallization and lipid oxidation.
- Good knowledge in statistical analysis, and able to correlate data to draw conclusion by using JMP.
- Good critical thinking with industrial research mindset.
- Problem solver and strong communicator.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt within a fast-changing environment.
- Shows responsibility, willing to own and drive things through to enable delivery.
- Self-starter but can also work in a global framework.
- Fluent in English, in both spoken and written.
