At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are offering an internship in our Customer Success department focusing on soft skills development in our various customer facing roles.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the development and implementation of course content, as the need is identified
- Manage and coordinate training sessions, act as point of contact for various stakeholders involved in delivering training, deliver sessions yourself, organize feedback sessions and assessments for learners
- Serve as interface to streamline soft skill training content and delivery, scale to meet adult learning methodologies.
- Creates an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Learning and Development or Human Resources Management; or related field is a plus
- Background in training and organizational development including knowledge of adult learning principles (required)
- Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs. (required)
- Data Driven decision making in learning intervention
- Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience using content design software such as Camtasia, Captivate or Articulate is a plus
