In this role, you will be responsible for assembling our innovative modular conveyor belts, custom-made for our clients across various industries such as food, packaging, and automation.
You will work in a modern, state-of-the-art production environment where collaboration and efficiency are key. As an Assembler, you play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that the conveyor belts we produce are of the highest quality and meet the exact specifications of our customers. You will work alongside an international team of colleagues, where everyone contributes to the shared success.

**Responsibilities**:
Assembling plastic modules into conveyor belts according to customer orders.
Following all safety procedures and policies.
Meeting the minimum productivity requirements for the assigned workstation.
Performing cleaning tasks as necessary.
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends if required.
Adhering to the attendance policy of the assembly department.
Collaborating effectively in a team while being able to work independently.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience in a production environment.
Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Strong math skills and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Availability from 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including potential overtime.
Residing within a reasonable commuting distance from Hoofddorp.
