Wie is Premote?
Premote is een van eerste recruitment bedrijven die gespecialiseerd is in Remote werken met als doel om dit als de norm te hanteren voor vele kantoor banen. Wij geloven namelijk dat met Remote werken je vele malen meer keus hebt op de arbeidsmarkt waardoor het makkelijker wordt om een droombaan te vinden op basis van passie, ambitie, werktijden en salaris. Op dit moment vullen wij verschillende openstaande vacatures voor opdrachtgevers en ondersteunen hen bij hun HR taken. Onze ambitie is om nr. 1 recruitmentorganisatie te worden op de Nederlandse markt.
Wie ben jij?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze en leergierige kandidaat die een leidende rol wil spelen in het organiseren van onze ‘mega’ talent pool met behulp van automatisering en AI. Je bent gedreven om openstaande vacatures te vullen en je bent analytisch en creatief om problemen op te lossen.
Wat houdt de functie in?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste recruiting assistant die verantwoordelijk is voor het efficiënt beheren van ons wervingsproces en het aantrekken van top-talent. Als jij energie krijgt van het helpen met een baan voor sollicitatie en recruitmentprocessen optimaliseren door middel van IT. Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken
TakenWat is het takenpakket?
Ondersteuning werving & selectie proces:
• Eerste aanspreekpunt van de Recruitment Afdeling voor sollicitanten
• Omzetten van klant aanvragen naar correcte vacatures
• Initiëren van headhunting campagnes via Sales Navigator/Recruiter Lite.
• Actief contact onderhoud met kandidaten in de talent pool voor openstaande vacatures.
ATS:
• Selecteren, Implementeren en beheren van een Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Talent Pool beheer:
• Screenen van inkomende sollicitanten
• Kwaliteit van onze talent pool waarborgen
• Implementeren & beheren Recruitment Screening Tools
Wat zijn de vereisten voor deze functie?
• Minimaal een afgeronde bachelor of master opleiding in HR of IT
• Min. 2 jaar ervaring in een IT of recruitment afdeling
• Uitstekende beoordelingsvaardigheden voor inkomende sollicitaties.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met het recruitmentteam en kandidaten.
• IT Technisch en ambitie om dit door te ontwikkelen
Wat kan je verwachten?
• Een baan met vrijheid voor ontwikkeling, inbreng en groei.
• Een baan die volledig Remote is.
• 1 Proefmaand, daarna verlenging voor een 6 maanden contract.
• Een marktconform salaris.
