In the role of Supply Chain Officer at Hello Straw, you will be tasked with arranging various shipments (by sea, train, truck, and air) and liaising with our various production sites to ensure a smooth and optimize progression in the supply chain.
TasksYour dutiesAs a Supply Chain Officer you will be responsible for executing, supervising and optimizing the shipment and order process and information provision. You will be tasked with liaising with our production sites to assist during procedures to optimize delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include organizing shipments, keeping track of correct processing of orders and flows, liaising with our production sites and customers worldwide.
RequirementsTo successfully perform the job, we are looking for a Supply Chain Officer who has the following skills:
- At least a higher vocational education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration or/and experience in a supporting Supply Chain job.- You have experience with MS Office (especially Excel).- You are proactive, communicative, and take initiative.- You master the English language in word and writing; a second language is also highly valued.
