To strengthen our team, we are looking for you from: Ab sofort as Tax Manager International (m/f/d).

As Tax Manager International (m/f/d) your tasks include

As the Tax Manager International (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the tax management and compliance of the company’s international business activities. Your role is to ensure the efficient implementation of tax strategies in the international context and to minimize tax risks. Working closely with the international finance team and external advisors, you will support strategic tax planning and help optimize the global tax structure.

  • Manage tax compliance and provide tax oversight for all international subsidiaries and branches
    Develop and implement international tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and support the global corporate structure
  • Prepare and review tax filings for international entities in collaboration with local tax advisors
    Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure adherence to OECD and local transfer pricing guidelines
  • Identify and assess tax risks in the international context and develop measures to mitigate these risks
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team, legal department, and external advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant international tax regulations
  • Coordinate and support international tax audits and examinations conducted by local authorities
  • Advise management and operational units on tax-related issues, particularly in matters of international restructuring, expansion, and M&A transactions
  • Oversee international tax reporting and ensure comprehensive documentation of tax processes in the global context

Your profile with which you inspire us

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field, ideally with a tax advisor qualification
  • Several years of experience in international tax law, preferably in a multinational corporation or a tax consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of international tax law, including transfer pricing, double taxation treaties, and international tax regulations
  • Experience in tax planning and optimization for international structures, as well as in collaboration with tax authorities and external advisors globally
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess and communicate complex international tax issues effectively
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented work approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with common tax and ERP software
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

Ideally already experience as Tax Manager International (m/f/d).
