TasksAs an Indian Specialty Chef at Chennai Cafe, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for creating and executing authentic and innovative Indian dishes. From curries to tandoori delights, your expertise in Indian cuisine will shine through as you bring your culinary mastery to our diverse menu.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and enhance our Indian specialty menu, ensuring a balance of traditional and contemporary flavors.
- Cooking Expertise: Showcase your skills in preparing a wide range of Indian dishes, including regional specialties, street food, and fusion creations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
