Functie As Senior Financial Controller, you will take ownership of key financial processes across multiple international entities. Your responsibilities include leading monthly and year-end closings, consolidating financial statements under IFRS/local GAAP, managing auditor relationships, and providing expert guidance on accounting matters. You will analyze financial performance, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to strengthen the finance function. This role offers strategic influence within a global organization and close collaboration with senior leadership. Profiel You are a senior finance professional with a proven track record in consolidation and financial reporting for international entities. You combine technical expertise with strategic insight, thrive on accuracy, and can confidently guide teams and stakeholders on complex accounting matters. Your profile includes: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration - 5+ years of experience in controlling or consolidation roles - Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and multi-entity consolidation - Advanced Excel and ERP skills (preferably SAP FICO) - Experience managing audits and working with external auditors - Fluent in English; experience in logistics or transport is a plus Aanbod - A competitive salary up to €90,000 including holiday allowance - 28 vacation days and a comprehensive pension plan - Flexibility to work 1 day from home - Professional development opportunities through dedicated training programs - A dynamic, international environment where your expertise makes a strategic impact
