- Possess a strong passion for the automotive industry.
-  Preferably hold a technical or commercial degree at the HBO level.
-  Demonstrate proficiency in project management and negotiation.
-  Exhibit flexibility and adaptability and showcase strong analytical skills.
-  Embrace a growth-oriented mindset and exhibit eagerness to learn.
-  Have excellent proficiency in English. Dutch is a plus.
-  Are proficient in MS Office.
