- You are jointly responsible for Accounts Payable related queries from external suppliers entities;
- Ensure tracking of supplier payments, purchase orders, invoices and statements;
- You manage the payments, process daily bank statements and reconcile the bank accounts;
- You assist with month-end close duties and with reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
- You are responsible for the monthly intercompany netting; ensuring all ICO invoices are received and processed;
- Review open balances and vendor cards;
- Review and reconcile employee vendor cards, including reconciling credit card statements with expenses;
- Support the AP Assistants;
- You are a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Profiel
- You have a College Diploma or Certificate in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;
- You have a solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles;
- You have proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records;
- You are Computer literate: Good Excel skills; Knowledge of ERP software (MS Business Central / CRM / IFS is an advantage);
- You have excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
- You have excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines, you are pro-active, accurate and you easily interact with other people internally and externally.
