As a Customer Service Specialist, you are a crucial link in the support process. Your main responsibility is to proactively follow up with dealers by phone regarding open 'incident cases'. You will ensure correct follow-up and clear communication. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a colleague who meets the following criteria: - You possess strong communication skills and are service-oriented. - You are multilingual and, in addition to Dutch and English, you also speak one or more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. - Preferably, you have a previous work experience in a similar role, and within the automotive industry Interested?
