About the role In this full-time role in Valencia, you are the first point of contact for customers and ensure they receive clear, helpful, and timely support. You’ll handle incoming questions through phone, chat, and email, guiding customers with patience and professionalism. You will follow internal processes, document conversations accurately, and work with various digital tools and CRM systems to keep information up to date. To help you grow, you’ll receive paid onboarding and continuous coaching, allowing you to sharpen your customer service skills and gain valuable international experience in a supportive environment.
