De Financial Services Specialist Invoicing is verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie, analyse en rapportage met betrekking tot de totale verkoop- en debiteurenactiviteiten binnen het GES Customer Financial Services team van ASML. Het is een uitdagende functie in een dynamische en internationaal georiënteerde omgeving met strakke deadlines en directe impact op de financiële resultaten van ASML.
Rol en verantwoordelijkheden
De focus in deze functie ligt op het uitvoeren en optimaliseren van de facturatieprocessen bij onze
klanten en het zorgen voor een goede rapportage op de debiteurenadministratie. Binnen de
Customer Financial Services-groep richt deze rol zich op zowel verkoop als servicefacturatie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden voor algemene functie:
Zorgdragen voor juiste en tijdige facturatie van geleverde ASML producten (systemen, opties
en diensten);
- Zorgdragen voor een juiste en tijdige administratie;
- Werk samen met Order Management Desk, Logistiek, Douane, Belasting en Verkoop om ervoor te zorgen dat de facturatie nauwkeurig en correct wordt uitgevoerd;
- Contact onderhouden met Sales Accounting en Sales Control over escalaties die voortvloeien uit het factureringsproces;
- Ondersteuning bij verbeterinitiatieven op het gebied van klantfacturering en klantportalen/interfaces;
- Ad-hoc ondersteuning / helpdesk bieden voor facturatie gerelateerde vragen van onze Sales Accountmanagers;
- Proactief zoeken naar continue verbeteringen in de uitvoeringsactiviteiten, verbetering van efficiëntie en kwaliteit;
- Kwaliteit en waarde toevoegen aan informatie door gedegen analyse te leveren;
- Nauw samenwerken met collega's in het veld en in andere financiële controleteams;
- Proactieve ondersteuning en input leveren aan controllers in de betreffende branche;
- SOX-controles uitvoeren met betrekking tot het factureringsproces en ondersteuning bieden met betrekking tot facturering gerelateerde vragen aan externe auditors
Functie-eisen
Je beschikt over een Bachelor/Master diploma in Finance of Bedrijfseconomie en minimaal 3-6 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving. Ervaring met SAP ECC/SD is een pré. Bovendien ben je:
- Analytisch sterk en detailgericht;
- Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels;
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht;
- Een teamspeler met een positieve instelling;
