Wie ben jij

Als Teamleider op de klantenservice afdeling ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van customer service medewerkers. Met jouw positieve instelling en empathisch vermogen zorg je ervoor dat het team optimaal functioneert en de gestelde doelen behaalt. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet in elke situatie de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Als Teamleider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het management en de medewerkers en draag je bij aan een prettige werksfeer.

- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een klantenservice omgeving.

- Je bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over een groot empathisch vermogen.
