About the job We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PR Trainee to join our Benelux & Nordics PR team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain an experience in the world of PR while contributing to challenging projects and events. WE WELCOME A passionate dynamic enthusiast who would love to learn more about true luxury and quality of our products. You are currently within your third or final year of studying in the marketing and/or communication field, full-time available and are looking for meaningful work with interesting projects within a well-established company and Maison. REQUIREMENTS You are fluent in English. You have optimized skills in PowerPoint and Excel. You are a team player, sociable, flexible, proactive and you know how to work under pressure? Then this internship will be your opportunity to develop yourself into the PR and communication expert. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Under the responsibility of the PR Manager and in collaboration with external PR agencies, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for: - Monitoring of publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily - Responsible for monthly and trimestral reports and analyses - Assist PR agencies by proving tailor made press material - Coordinate local shootings with our PR stock - Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager - Assist with vendor creations and extensions - Assist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations - Assist with organization of PR Events and press trips WE OFFER - A positive and professional environment where you will have a chance to build your experience with the commercial luxury market further - A very exclusive insight in Cartier’s run of business - This is a paid internship and we also cover your commuting costs 100% How will you experience success with us? - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch is a plus; - Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills; curious, proactive, and open-minded; - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; - Excellent time management and prioritization skills; - A team player with excellent communication skills; - Previous experience in fashion or luxury PR is a plus.
