Are you ready to take the next step and dive into the world of recruitment? For our RPO services to ING Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Talent Advisor to join our Young Professionals Squad.

About the Role

In this dynamic and international team, you'll work as an Associate Talent Advisor, reporting directly to Operations Manager. You'lll handle vacancies for young professionals, primarily for

ING's International Talent Program.

From receiving the vacancy to the candidate's start date, you'll ensure a smooth recruitment process.

You'll frequently interact with hiring managers, the coordination team, and your direct colleagues.

Additionally, you'll co-coordinate our Destination Orange program, a monthly event to welcome new hires at ING. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to give new hires an amazing start to their ING careers

Work Environment:

We operate in a hybrid model, so most days you can work from home. When we have interview

weeks, Destination Orange events, or one to two days a week during "normal" weeks, you'll meet your colleagues at ING's beautiful Cedar headquarters in Amsterdam. Enjoy a good coffee from the ground floor coffee bar and a delicious lunch from the varied menu in the company restaurant or nearby spots in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost.

Our onsite team consists of 20 dedicated Talent Advisors with extensive corporate recruitment

experience. The sourcing and coordination team is based in Budapest.

Your Daily Tasks:

- Partnering with hiring managers for young professional vacancies
- Managing candidate influx and proposing top candidates to hiring managers
- Creating and publishing job descriptions with hiring managers
- Discussing candidates and optimizing the decision-making process
- Guiding applicants through their application process for the best candidate

experience

- Maintaining the ATS system (reporting screenings, interviews, rating candidates,

etc.)

- Daily contact with hiring managers, HR, and supporting departments
- Sharing best practices within program-wide initiatives
- Process improvement and account optimization
- Organizing onboarding events for new hires at ING

What You Bring:

- Affinity with the recruitment industry in the Netherlands
- Experience as a junior recruiter (0-1 years) in the financial sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a self-starting mentality
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus
- Experience in organizing events is a plus
