Over onze klant Our client is an international industrial organisation, dedicated to commitment to innovation, reliability, and sustainability. Functie - Oversee daily operations of the Klundert warehouse, including personnel management, safety, and performance delivery. - Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate order fulfillment. - Supervise and coordinate the logistics team to achieve operational goals and on-time shipment completion. - Maintain strong collaboration with Purchasing, HR, Scheduling/Planning, Shipping & Traffic, and EHS departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. - Manage the third-party warehouse relationship at Botlek, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor warehouse costs and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and optimal resource utilization. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency. - Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on continuous improvement in quality, safety, and productivity. - Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and EHS standards, including Seveso, ISO, and IATF certifications. - Oversee product packaging quality and adherence to all standards. - Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all warehouse activities. - Handle reporting and documentation related to warehouse operations. - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs. Profiel A successful Warehouse Manager a.i. should have: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred. - At least 3 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in regulated environments. - Solid understanding of safety standards, EHS, and quality systems (ISO, IATF). - Skilled in managing budgets, KPIs, and third‑party logistics partners.
