Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior MSAT Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team, supporting the development and optimization of cell therapy production processes. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in CAR-T manufacturing, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll play a key role in authoring technical documentation, leading investigations, and supporting validation and tech transfer activities. This is a hybrid position with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of analytical lab methods - Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and tools - Collaborate with team members to improve testing procedures - Analyze and report experimental data clearly and accurately - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality standards - Contribute to cross-functional projects and team discussions Requirements - Degree in a scientific field such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related - Experience working in a laboratory setting - Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and data interpretation - Comfortable using lab equipment and software tools - Strong attention to detail and documentation practices - Good communication and teamwork skills - Flexible and open to learning new methods and technologies - Reference: 26464
