Met meer dan 3.000 medewerkers in Nederland, België en Duitsland zijn ze actief in meerdere sectoren, w.o. water, energie, telecom, sleufloze technieken en constructie Functie Als Finance Business Partner (FBP) ben je dagelijks bezig met het monitoren en controleren van de Business Unit en projectresultaten. Je handelt proactief als er afwijkingen op het budget en realisatie worden geconstateerd. De resultaten worden inzichtelijk gemaakt door middel van diverse rapportages en financiële dashboards en besproken met projectleiders en Business Unit Managers. Maandelijks stel je Business Unit rapportages op en bespreekt deze met de Business Unit Managers. Deze rapportages worden als input gebruikt voor de managementreviews, waar je aan deelneemt met collega FBP, COO's en BU-controllers. Verder stel je maandelijks en jaarlijks de forecast op en bereken je de kostprijs voor de projectorganisatie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Opvolgen en analyseren van de KPI's, kosten en budgetafwijkingen; - Voorzien van Financiële rapportages; - Forecast opstellen en bewaken; - Opstellen van jaarbudgetten Profiel - Je hebt een hbo-opleiding in finance, controlling of bedrijfseconomie. - Je hebt ervaring als (business of project) controller of finance business partner. - Je bent hands-on, communicatief sterk en weet mensen mee te nemen in de cijfers. - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en infrastructuurprojecten. - Je vindt het leuk om projecten te bezoeken en met collega's in het veld samen te werken. - Je woont in of nabij Limburg - Je bent analytisch, ondernemend en hebt oog voor procesverbetering. - Ervaring met of interesse in Microsoft Dynamics of andere ERP-systemen is een plus.
