- Het Expertise Center Workplace Health, Safety & Environment is onder deel van de centrale organisatie van HSE Risk & Compliance en heeft als doel om de kennis op het gebied van Arbo en Milieu gebundeld en beschikbaar voor iedereen binnen Schiphol te maken.
- Het Expertise Centrum adviseert en ondersteunt de operatie bij het managen van risico's op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
- Als manager van het team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het op strategisch niveau aansturen van de afdeling, prioriteren van run en change werkzaamheden en sturen op voortgang.

Als Manager Expert Center Workplace Health, Safety & Environment stuur jij op targets die in de Strategische Roadmap HSE van Schiphol benoemd zijn daarnaast ben jij vanuit je functie lid van de MT HSE Risk & Compliance. Uiteraard ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van je team en de voortgang van je de afdeling. En hoe je dit aanvliegt? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de lijnen uitzet en volgt . Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

- Coachen van de medewerkers uit het team.
- Samenstellen van je eigen team (juiste rollen en juiste mensen).
- Bewaken en sturen op kwaliteit (inhoud, lay-out, begrijpelijkheid) van onderzoeken, adviezen en rapporten vanuit team Expert Center.
- Aansturen van (deel)programma's op belangrijke ARBO- en milieudossiers van Schiphol als VDME, PFAS en Fysieke Belasting.
- Verstrekken van begrijpelijke informatie voor bestuurders op het gebied van ingewikkelde ARBO- en milieuvraagstukken.
- Samenwerken met meerdere Schiphol afdelingen, sectorpartijen en overheidsorganisaties t.a.v. Arbo/milieu issues die op Schiphol afkomen.

- Aantoonbare kwaliteiten op het gebied van stakeholder management; het is essentieel dat je begrijpt hoe belangrijk stakeholdermanagement is in deze functie, want alleen door samen te werken op verschillende niveaus kun je succesvol zijn.
