The General Manager has the overall operational and financial responsibility for EMPS operations in Dordrecht NL and Boston UK

TECHNICAL

  • Keep knowledge of all equipment and make sure all equipment is in perfect shape and ready for use at anytime.

PRODUCTION

  • Ensure replenishment of feedstock and production of finished products are adequate to meet market demands at all times.
  • Ensure finished products are produced according to set specifications

FINANCIAL

  • Establish sales prices ensuring profitability.
  • Follow guidelines of the ESM matrix of authority.
  • Budget and forecast process.
  • Cash flow monitoring.
  • Ensure timely invoicing according to set processes.

HR

  • Ensure competence development according to the organization's needs, including conduct and follow-up annual development discussions
  • Recruitment, onboarding and administration of people (supported by corporate/divisional help chain)

Weekly KPI reporting and Quarterly board meetings
