Je gaat langs bij een snelgroeiende, innovatieve organisatie in de voedingssector. De organisatie is een van de grootste spelers op de markt in haar sector en haar producten liggen vaker bij jou in de koelkast dan je wellicht zou denken. Binnen de organisatie wordt er veel waarde gehecht aan het individu want jouw mening telt.

Als Coördinator van HR Services speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze HR-processen. Samen met een team van gedreven collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken, variërend van administratieve ondersteuning tot het verbeteren van interne procedures. Jouw taken en werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's en incidentele gebeurtenissen zoals CAO-verhogingen;
  • Zorg dragen voor een correcte werking van HR-systemen zoals Cobra en ATPS;
  • Beheren van HR-, uren- en salarisadministratie;
  • Samenwerken met HR- en Finance-afdelingen om processen te stroomlijnen;
  • Bijdragen aan een cultuur van tevredenheid onder de medewerkers en digitalisering van processen.

Functie-eisen:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring met HR- en tijdsregistratiesystemen;
  • Kennis van arbeidswetgeving en financiële administratieve processen.
