We are looking for a Meeting & Events Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and knows how to exceed guest expectations. As a Meeting & Events Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of all banqueting events, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.


 


Your main responsibilities are:


 


·         Supervise and coordinate all banqueting events, including weddings, conferences, and private parties (up to 1500 guests);


·         Contact person for our guests during events, to ensure the event runs smoothly;


·         Manage and train banqueting staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel standards;


·         Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events;


·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;


·         Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
