Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Etex. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the production department to achieve planned production goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective production operations.
• Implement and maintain visual management systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in SAP and other production management software.
