Digitallstars is seeking an experienced Data Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for reporting to the Team Lead of HR Reporting and Analytics and handling assignments from the business by leveraging your functional HR knowledge.
You will play a crucial role in managing HR data requests, providing valuable insights by combining multiple data sources using your expertise in Excel Power Query, SuccessFactors, and HR Systems. You will also anticipate problems, discuss solutions with your team, and support line managers across all operating countries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing structural analyses and reports on HR management information, personnel data, and trend analyses;
- Identifying areas for improvement in HR reporting from the HR Project Processes and Systems department and the HR organization, and ensuring their implementation;
- Defining data and reporting standards;
- Developing reports and resolving data issues;
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience with HR systems and cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud;
- Experience with Excel Power Query (mandatory);
- Experience with SQL and SAP Datasphere;
- A pragmatic approach to data, able to prioritize effectively under pressure and high demand;
- A critical eye for data manipulation, offering both solicited and unsolicited advice on optimizing and automating reports;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- Experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization with large datasets;
- A team player with strong communication skills to deliver quality insights;
- Strong command of the English language. Dutch is a plus;
