Over de rol

Als Product Manager heb je een cruciale rol om onze lange termijn product visie om te zetten in korte-termijn initiatieven. Dat bereik je door datagedreven beslissingen, met focus op de eindgebruiker. Met meer dan maandelijkse actieve gebruikers bouw jij mee aan een product dat wereldwijd gebruikt wordt. Dit jaar willen we de volgende stap zetten in onze product organisatie, de nieuwe positie van Product Manager is hier onderdeel van.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige product management proces
  • Begeleiden van succesvolle product releases, jij zorgt dat nieuwe features op tijd worden gereleased en voldoen aan de verwachtingen van eindgebruikers.
  • Product roadmap en prioriteiten afstemmen op onze bedrijfsstrategie.
  • Product backlog beheer: Beheren van het product backlog, waarbij epics worden voorbereid en uitgewerkt in concrete user stories.
  • Opzetten van regelmatige interviews met gebruikers om zo gebruikerstevredenheid te meten en de roadmap te prioriteren
  • Voorbereiden van nieuwe features zodat onze developers precies weten wat ze moeten ontwikkelen.
  • Datagedreven keuzes maken door product usage te meten met tools zoals Mixpanel en Mouseflow.
  • Marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyse: Actief volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen om onze producten concurrerend te houden.

Kwalificaties

  • Een (bij voorkeur technische) afgeronde wo-opleiding
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als product manager binnen SaaS.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden (kennis van SQL is een plus)
  • Ervaring met Agile-methodologie en sprintplanning
  • Product-Led Growth ervaring is een sterke plus
