Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Auditor to join our team at MOXY Utrecht. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to balance the day's accounts and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare the hotel for the next day by completing tasks such as restocking supplies and preparing reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Manage hotel room inventory and process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Manage all bills and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare food, clean, and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's back-of-house areas
  • Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support other crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
  • Promote and support the MOXY brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Requirements:
  • High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with guests
  • Ability to multitask and balance hard work with great service
  • Clear communicator fluent in Dutch and English (and other languages a plus)
