Job Description
Commercial Engineer Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Engineer Manager to lead our Assets Service Business team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of application engineers and commercial engineers, driving the development of water treatment processes and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize water treatment processes for emergency or bridge water solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and allocate appropriate fleet resources to meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses and scope optimisations to ensure customer needs are satisfied.
- Develop detailed costing sheets, considering all relevant factors and ensuring profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration and Team Leadership
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to align on project requirements.
- Coordinate with the service centers and regional service teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution and approvals.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of application engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Solid experience in a water-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project management and team leadership skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client engagement.
