What We Are Seeking:
We are in search of a fashion-savvy Sales Consultant to enhance our team.
Your primary objectives as a Sales Consultant will include creating a memorable brand experience for our clientele, passionately conveying the brand's essence, and assisting customers in finding their desired items with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Additionally, you will work towards achieving the store's targets while ensuring the shop is well-organized and stocked with the necessary products.
Our aspiration is for every customer to feel and share our brand identity, encouraging them to return to our stores. To realize this vision, we need you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Engage and retain customers by focusing on every detail and delivering top-notch service that reflects our brand values.
- Sales: Meet the commercial goals of the store and KPIs by effectively communicating the unique value of our brand to customers.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with the team to manage inventories, oversee stock, handle cash registers, and prepare daily reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Store Presentation: Maintain an organized and well-stocked shop to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.
- Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Ideal Candidate:
You are a friendly and approachable individual with a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm shines through in your interactions with customers. You are eager to learn new skills and expand your product knowledge, and your passion for fashion is evident in your work.
Requirements for Success:
- At least two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A strong team player with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
