Ocean Freight Solutions Manager

Main Responsibilities
The Implementation Manager Ocean Freight will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ocean freight projects at ASML. This role will require close collaboration with global freight teams and internal stakeholders such as business lines, finance, planning, sourcing, and external logistics service providers.
Key Objectives
- Analyze existing ASML goods flows and processes to identify innovation opportunities that align with business requirements and sustainability goals.
- Project manage the delivery of complex ocean freight-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and compliant delivery.
- Report on project progress, finances, challenges, risk management, and overall delivery of ocean freight projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and trade management for ocean freight projects.
- Work closely with the P&D finance team to ensure financial compliance and reporting for project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with P&D procurement and sourcing to support RFS and RFQ processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in ocean freight and project or industrial logistics.
- 5+ years of experience designing customized ocean freight solutions and running complex projects.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Prince2 Foundation and/or Prince2 Agile Foundation.
- Experience working in complex, multicultural business settings.
