About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Olympia. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 logistics employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a team leader in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Minimum MBO level education completed.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from € 2900 to € 3200, based on your experience and fulltime availability.

  • Travel cost coverage up to 70 KM.
  • Quarterly bonus based on hours worked.
