Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Amsterdam HQ team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment, ensuring safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness planning.
  • Receive, manage, and process work order requests; ensure problems are resolved promptly.
  • Project manage any construction and renovation projects in our Amsterdam office.
  • Coordinate and manage our Travel Company, local car fleet, and organize office events.

  • Experience in technical facilities management or office administration.
