The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Support Architect to join our team. As a Lifecycle Support Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the systems of our high-end projects comply with strict technical requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing innovative ship lifecycle support solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
- Performing configuration management, integration of health and usage monitoring functionalities, smart supply, integrated logistic support, and smart training solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into feasible and efficient technical solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to improve ship lifecycle support
- Designing and overseeing the integration of ship lifecycle support systems with existing infrastructure and other applications
- Building solutions that can scale with the growing needs of ship lifecycle support and training
- Implementing security best practices to protect sensitive ship data
- Collaborating closely with software developers, data engineers, service engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Master or Bachelor degree in IT or a relevant technical field
- At least five years of relevant experience in life cycle support management, techniques, and principles, naval operations, and maritime regulations
- Experience in data ethics and data security as a Solution Architect, preferably in the domains of naval engineering, research, development, and innovation
- Good command of the English language, preferably also Dutch
- Excellent references and a clean background check
We offer a competitive salary, 8% holiday pay, 27 holidays, and 13 ADV days. We also provide a travel allowance, PME-pension arrangement, profit sharing, and a working from home policy.
