About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer to join our team at Yacht. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of electrical equipment and modular structures using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom Revit families for electrical equipment and modular structures
  • Work with BIM standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Facilitate BIM models in cloud environments for seamless collaboration
  • Support busbar trunking system engineers with BIM technical and documentation activities
  • Collaborate with the sales department to create 3D visualizations of conceptual designs
  • Expand and maintain the library of content used during projects
  • Continuously improve work methods and processes
Requirements
  • Completed a technical HBO or MBO+ education or equivalent
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and real-time rendering software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks)
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive for improvement
  • Interest in computing and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible work attitude, practical, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • Residing in the region of The Hague (within 45km)
What We Offer
  • A gross monthly salary of up to €3,951
  • A 13th-month payment, prorated periodically
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, calculated over 12 months' salary

You will be seconded through Yacht for a year, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this period.
